Transcend Yoga & Wellness Festival

Join Allie & Larissa to start the festival weekend off in ceremony!  We will open the container for this sacred gathering, set our intentions, and kick the festival weekend off in community.

Sacred sisterhood has been a primal instinct of the feminine energy buzzing around this world interconnected by the universal OM - no matter what culture, ethnicity, what source guides us, our (she/her) language of the medicine woman is intrinsically tuned in- The maternal grandmother, seeded deep in red clay of our ancestors, calls to us to act upon the way of the mother, to mother. Back to health, back to strength, back to she/her.

There is something wholly sacred our culture is missing. Something so divine in the process. Our nature is to nourish- our maternal instincts share information through touch, gaze, voice and mindseye intuition. Drop in, heal in community and take back your power to nourish your mind, body and spirit witnessed by women journeying their own rebirth. May you find community, the ability to listen to the body, heal with your own voice and reconnect with the vessel that may have hosted other life but hosted your life first. Honoring the body, the journey- the rebirth of you.

Refresh and restore your Soul during this 75-minute yogic full moon ceremony. We will begin our practice with meditation, breathwork, and a collective oracle card reading that will open the energetic channels to connect with Spirit and self. Pausing to journal what needs to be released as we begin to transmute that which no longer serves us. Moving through a slow-flow yoga practice in honor of the full moon. Closing our journey in a sacred circle around the fire and under the glow of the full moon for a trataka meditation and releasing ceremony in a supportive Spiritual community. Please bring a yoga mat, journal, and pen. A yoga block will be helpful as well. You are welcome to bring drums and rattles for the closing ceremony around the fire if you would like to stay and be playful with sound.

The luminous moon, and our wise ancestors. Through Mountain Flower's commanding presence, we become healing portals to unite as one global family, awakening our collective consciousness and restoring harmony within and around us. The ceremony serves as a reminder of our shared humanity and oneness with all living beings and Mother Earth. Come with an open heart and spirit to receive the blessings of the ancestors, the moon, and the Great Spirit.
