Theta Waves: Sound Experience

Saturday September 14, 2024 4:00pm - 5:30pm EDT

Sama will take you on a soundscape journey. First, you will be taught how to find your own healing vibrations through humming and mantra. After a short guided meditation, you will lay back and receive an immersive vibrational experience. Sama will move through layers of gongs, crystal bowls, chimes, and other sacred instruments weaving in and out vocal toning to offer a cellular rejuvenation and relaxation from head to toe.
