You will be guided through breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness while being immersed in a rejuvenating sound bath using crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, rattles, chimes, essential oil aromatherapy, and hands-on reiki. Collectively we will end with a beautiful sacred closing circle including time for introspection and journaling.

This is a unique meditative sound bath promoting mindfulness through the use of steel tongue drums, handpans, other percussion, and electronic vibrational music. A guided grounding meditation starts this session followed by an hour of deep relaxation. Experience a journey of the mind and body through a thoughtful 4-stage soundscape that includes sounds of nature, leaving you relaxed and restored. This is an emotive sound experience described as delightful, powerful, and restful. Jim’s musical style is both improvised, as well as structured into a fixed set of stages, leading the listeners to achieve a higher state of meditation and self-awareness.
