Join Kate for a Flow Style Yoga Class! Rooted in the style of vinyasa yoga, linking breath and movement, this class will guide you through traditional and maybe some not-so-traditional poses. Kate teaches with a focus on tuning into your own body, both physical and emotional, learning to listen to what you truly need. By weaving in other limbs of yoga into the physical practice, you can expect to find yourself immersed in this class, tapping into new spaces and working to connect to your authentic self. Expect some breath work, as well as the more foundational elements of yoga sprinkled in.

Kate’s laid-back and authentic approach to teaching creates an inspiring, uplifting, and fun environment.

This class is designed for all levels of asana experience.
