Learn to find yoga poses for your body. Learn to connect these poses in a flow! In this workshop, we will explore proper alignment in various standing, seated, and strength postures. The proper alignment is key to staying safe in your yoga practice. Being able to find a pose in alignment for your body would work when we hold a posture as well as when we flow from one posture to the next.
