Reset and Recharge your Mind, Body and Spirit with Sound Healing Therapy

Indoor Lodge
You will be guided through breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness while being immersed in a rejuvenating sound bath using crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, rattles, chimes, essential oil aromatherapy, and hands-on reiki. Collectively we will end with a beautiful sacred closing circle including time for introspection and journaling.
