In this 75-minute workshop, you’ll learn the principles of a strong handstand and the steps toward making it a part of your regular practice. You’ll be given easy-to-remember exercises you can practice at home to build strength through repetition. You’ll learn the principles of alignment, and you’ll also do some partner exercises to help build your confidence with the exercises and get the feeling of flight. This class is suitable for all levels, enthusiasm is all that is required!!
