Transcend Yoga & Wellness Festival

The hips, pelvis, and womb space hold so much for women. It is where we push the emotions that overwhelm our hearts; where we keep our energetic cords to loved ones and others; where we hold trauma; our birth, birthing, and sexual history; our menstrual cycle history; and access to our creative voices. This workshop will bring awareness to all that the sacral holds for us and why it is imperative to develop a deeper relationship with it.
