Threaded throughout my teachings is a hybrid plant that blossoms the most vibrant, beautiful flowers within ourselves. I take seeds from ancient yoga wisdom and seeds from my own personal philosophy, which is the belief that through embracing not just our light but also our shadow, our darkness, and our inner animal, we become truly whole. I will guide you through a journey deep within yourself, using visualization techniques to calm the mind, expanding & compressing the body and breath through asanas and pranayama, and a reiki-infused Savasana, creating a cosmic connection - uniting the body, mind & spirit.
