In this class, you will be introduced to the world of Slackline Yoga with utmost care and attention. First practicing poses on the ground, allowing you to become comfortable and confident with each movement before transitioning to the slackline. This step-by-step progression ensures a safe and supportive environment, making the practice accessible to everyone, regardless of their initial apprehensions.

Slackline Yoga is not just about physical balance; it's an exploration of inner confidence and the application of yogic techniques to achieve a state of focused calm. You'll learn how to harness your breath, focus your mind, and engage your body in unison, applying these skills to find the ultimate balance on the slackline.

No prior experience in slacklining or yoga is necessary. You will guided through this practice at a pace that feels comfortable for you, celebrating each small victory along the way.
