Flow and Let Go is designed to get our energy and bodies moving, then slow down and take us through some deeper, longer holds.

Rooted in the style of vinyasa yoga, linking breath and movement, this class is suitable for all levels. Students can expect the first half of class to be more movement with a focus on waking up and making our energies flow. Then the second half of class is slower, encouraging our bodies to settle, release, and let go. A great Sunday morning wake-up!

Kate teaches with a focus on tuning into your own body, both physical and emotional, learning to listen to what you truly need. Her laid-back and authentic approach to teaching creates an inspiring, uplifting, and fun environment.

This class is designed for all levels of asana experience.
